Ingredients:
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 package (17 oz) Idaho's Finest Scalloped Potatoes
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)



    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 400°F or 350°F for convection oven. In a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish combine all listed ingredients. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
